Luxxstack sets up an AI bookkeeper as a managed AI teammate. It reads receipts and invoices, checks them, prepares clean entries for Xero and chases what is missing. It works alongside your accountant or finance person, who stays in control of what is posted.

Reads receipts and invoices
Documents are read and the key details are pulled out, whatever the layout.
Checks before it prepares
Details are checked, including VAT numbers, and reverse-charge VAT is flagged with the reasoning kept.
Prepares entries for Xero
Clean items are prepared for posting. Anything that fails a check goes to a person with a note on why.
Chases missing documents
Missing receipts and invoices are chased, with drafts ready for you to approve.
Matches and queries
Odd items and possible duplicates are raised as questions, not quietly passed through.
Gets month-end ready
The evidence is gathered as you go, so month-end is less of a scramble.
