AI for insurance brokers
Luxxstack builds AI for insurance brokers. It prepares renewal packs, drafts mid-term adjustments, compares documents side by side and chases clients, with clear records to support Consumer Duty. It does the preparation and your brokers keep the advice and the relationships.

AI integration programmes
Ready for more than one AI employee?
We build full AI integrations for businesses in this field: agents with real roles, connected to your systems, with people approving what matters. Programmes start from £15,000, typically £25,000 to £70,000+, and we run them for you.
Your plate, lighter
What it takes off your plate
Renewal packs prepared
Renewal information is gathered and put together ahead of the date, with gaps flagged.
MTAs drafted
Mid-term adjustment requests are read, the details checked and the paperwork drafted for a person to approve.
Documents compared
Quotes and policy documents are put side by side, with the differences listed so they are easy to spot.
Clients chased
Missing information and signatures get a polite nudge in your tone.
Inbox triaged
Client emails and attachments are sorted, filed and answered where a draft will do.
Records kept for Consumer Duty
What was sent, compared and agreed is logged, so you can show your working.
The picture
Where brokers are with AI
The research points the same way: brokers are interested, but many are not sure where to start.
- 60% of brokers were not using AI, and the figure was 46% of national brokers with an AI initiative against 10% of single-office brokers (Open GI, at BIBA 2025, reported by Insurance Times).
- The main barrier for smaller brokers is "not knowing where to start" (Insurance Times).
- 85% of brokers were interested in digital or automated processes, up 15 points since 2022 (Aviva Broker Barometer 2025, reported by Insurance Times).
- Brokers receive up to 100 emails and attachments a day, about 70% of them from clients (Applied Systems, a vendor, reported by Insurance Times).

The rules
FCA Consumer Duty
Consumer Duty is the regulation brokers most often ask us about. In general terms, it puts weight on being able to show good outcomes for customers.
- In practice, that means clear, retrievable records of what was sent, compared and agreed with each client.
- AI does not give advice. Recommendations and advice stay with your authorised brokers.
General information, not legal or regulatory advice. Check the FCA's own guidance for what applies to your firm.

Illustrative example
Illustrative: a renewal week
The AI spots ten renewals coming up, builds a pack for each from the last year's documents and flags two where information is missing. It drafts the chaser for those clients and puts a side-by-side comparison of the new quotes in front of the broker. The broker checks the pack, advises the client and approves the emails. This is an example of how it could work, not a client result.

Questions people ask
Can AI help insurance brokers with renewals?
Yes. It can gather the information, prepare renewal packs, flag what is missing and draft client emails. Your broker checks the pack and advises the client.
Can it handle MTAs?
It can read the request, check the details and draft the paperwork for a person to approve. It does not make decisions on cover.
Does AI give insurance advice?
No. Advice and recommendations stay with your authorised people. The AI prepares the comparison, and your broker explains it to the client.
