AI for financial advisers and IFAs
Luxxstack builds AI for financial advisers and IFAs. It writes up meeting notes, drafts suitability reports for the adviser to review, chases clients for information and keeps records that support Consumer Duty. The adviser gives the advice and signs off every report.

AI integration programmes
Ready for more than one AI employee?
We build full AI integrations for businesses in this field: agents with real roles, connected to your systems, with people approving what matters. Programmes start from £15,000, typically £25,000 to £70,000+, and we run them for you.
Your plate, lighter
What it takes off your plate
Meeting notes written up
Notes and action points from a client meeting are drafted for the adviser to check.
Suitability report drafts
A first draft is prepared from the file and the meeting notes. The adviser reviews, edits and signs off.
Clients chased for information
Missing forms, statements and ID get a polite nudge in your tone.
Review packs prepared
Annual review packs are put together ahead of the meeting, with gaps flagged.
Follow-ups sent after meetings
Follow-up emails are drafted so nothing agreed in the room gets lost.
Records kept for Consumer Duty
What was discussed, sent and agreed is logged and easy to find.

Where advice firms are with AI
These figures come from the FCA's own work on the advice market.
- Advice firms fell about 15%, from 6,535 in 2021 to 5,548, while adviser numbers held steady at about 31,000. The FCA puts this down to consolidation (FCA, Understanding the advice market 2025).
- 95% of large advice firms use or are considering AI in the advice process, against 48% of small firms (FCA advice market survey 2025, via Professional Paraplanner).
- The top AI uses reported were client engagement, compliance and risk monitoring, and operational efficiency (FCA advice market 2025).

The rules
FCA Consumer Duty
Consumer Duty brings ongoing evidence work for advice firms. In general terms, it puts weight on being able to show good outcomes for clients.
- That evidence is document-heavy: suitability reports, file reviews and annual reviews. It is the kind of work an AI can prepare, with the adviser checking it.
- AI does not give advice. The adviser makes the recommendation and signs off every report.
General information, not regulatory advice. Check the FCA's own guidance for what applies to your firm.

Illustrative example
Illustrative: after a client review
After a review meeting, the AI turns the recording into clear notes and a list of actions, and drafts the suitability report from the file. It flags a missing statement and drafts a request to the client. The adviser reads the draft, changes what they would say differently and signs it off. This is an example of how it could work, not a client result.

Questions people ask
Can AI help with suitability reports?
It can draft a first version from the client file and meeting notes. The adviser reviews it, changes it and signs it off. The advice and the responsibility stay with the adviser.
Does the AI give financial advice?
No. It prepares notes, drafts and records. Recommendations come from the adviser.
How does it help with Consumer Duty?
It keeps a clear, searchable record of what was discussed, sent and agreed, which makes it easier to show your working. This is general information, not regulatory advice.
Is client data safe?
Each client's AI runs on its own private server, in the UK or EU by default, and your data is never shared with other clients. Every action is logged.
