What is RAG?
Retrieval-augmented generation, or RAG, is a way of letting an AI look things up in your own documents before it answers, so its reply is based on your information rather than only on what it learned in training. Luxxstack uses RAG so an AI teammate can answer from your policies, price lists and records, and show where an answer came from.

In practice
A team asks, "What is our standard notice period for suppliers?" The AI finds the relevant clause in the contracts folder, answers from it and points to the document. If it cannot find anything, it says so instead of making something up.
