A UK travel and concierge business
Luxxstack is setting up an AI teammate for a UK travel and concierge business. It brings enquiries from TikTok, Instagram and WhatsApp into one place so that nothing slips through.
- Industry
- Travel and concierge
- Location
- United Kingdom
- What we built
- An AI teammate that brings every enquiry into one place
- Status
- In setup
This project is in setup, so some of it is still to come.
The challenge
Enquiries were arriving by direct message on TikTok, Instagram and WhatsApp, and it had become too much to keep up with. Requests were getting missed.
What we built
An AI teammate that gathers those enquiries into one place and flags the ones that need a reply.
How it helps
The owner decides what to say, and nobody gets forgotten.
Anything left unanswered gets flagged, and hot leads are marked so they get seen first.
What's next
This one is still being set up. We'll add to it as the owner's needs become clear.
