The challenge
Phil runs a passive fire protection business. Compliance, engineer certificates and day to day admin all have to be right, and all of it takes time.
When certificates and paperwork pile up, the person running the business ends up doing the chasing.
What we built
An AI teammate set up around how Phil works and connected to the tools he already uses.
It tracks certificates and compliance documents, drafts the chasers and keeps the admin moving. We run it for him every month.
How it helps
Phil gets to run the business instead of the paperwork.
It prepares and Phil approves. Nothing goes out to a client or an engineer without his OK until he decides otherwise.
What's next
We're rolling it out to his engineers on site.
