The challenge

Morgan has built a TikTok Shop business that has passed £900k in revenue in 18 months. It now does about £200k a month, with 35,000+ affiliates managed from scratch. His best day so far brought in £13,806 from 932 orders.

That kind of growth creates a lot of day to day work: affiliate and creator messages, sample requests, order and stock checks and customer queries. It all needs doing, and it all lands on a small team.
