The challenge
Enquiries from a website form often arrive without the details needed to quote. Someone then has to go back and ask, or worse, quotes on a vague job.
What we built
Enquiries from a simple website form now go straight to the teammate. When a request is missing pickup or drop-off details, it asks for them before anyone quotes.
How it helps
No one wastes time on a vague job, and every enquiry gets a prompt first reply for the owner to approve.
What's next
This one is still being set up. We'll add to it as the owner's needs become clear.
