Best AI integration agencies in the UK (2026)

Short answer: there is no single best AI integration agency in the UK. The right one depends on your size, your sector and whether you want someone to build and hand over or to build and stay. This guide gives the criteria first, then neutral profiles of real firms grouped by type of business. LuxxStack is one of them, and we say so below.

Updated October 2026.

Key points

  • This is a list of options by type of business, not a ranking. There are no star ratings.
  • The six criteria that matter most are proof, ongoing support, pricing transparency, industry experience, data handling and ownership.
  • Facts about other firms come from their own sites and published directory profiles, collected in October 2026. Check each firm’s current details before you decide.
  • Larger firms often don’t publish prices. Several smaller ones do.

How to judge an AI integration agency

  1. Proof of real integrations. Look for specific projects connected to real systems, not demos. Quantified results are a bonus. Be wary of logos with no detail.
  2. Ongoing support. Does the firm run what it builds, or hand it over? Neither is wrong, but you should know which you are buying.
  3. Transparent pricing. Published prices, or at least a clear ladder, make it easier to compare and budget.
  4. Industry experience. Has the firm worked in your sector, with your rules and your systems?
  5. Data handling. Where is your data kept, who can see it and is it shared with other clients? If personal data is involved, UK GDPR applies.
  6. Ownership. Who owns what is built, and can you move it?

The options, by type of business

Disclosure: we’re LuxxStack, so we’ve included ourselves; here’s how we compare on the same criteria.

Large organisations and regulated sectors

Faculty AI (London). Leans towards government, defence, energy and health, and builds high-assurance agent systems for regulated sectors. Pricing isn’t published. Site: faculty.ai.

Scott Logic. Works with enterprise and regulated organisations, including capital markets, government, energy, FTSE 100 firms and the public sector. Pricing isn’t published. Site: scottlogic.com.

Scale-ups and mid-sized businesses

&above (London, Southwark). Industry-agnostic and aimed at scale-ups and enterprises. Offers automation, agent development and AI software development, plus workshop and proof-of-concept formats. No prices are published, and its FAQ says engagements start with a fixed-scope workshop or proof of concept. Publishes quantified case studies. Site: andabove.com.

Fifty One Degrees (London and New York). Focused on mid-market firms with turnover of roughly £5m to £250m, with sector pages for areas such as financial services, construction and professional services. Publishes a price ladder, with proofs of concept under £15,000 and builds from £25,000 up to £70,000, and publishes quantified case studies. Site: 51d.co.

Ronins (London and Guildford). Works with companies of roughly 20 to 500 staff, with a best fit of 50 to 250. Publishes ranges: a discovery workshop of about £3,000 to £8,500, a proof of concept of £12,000 to £30,000 and production work from about £30,000. It says it trains client teams so there is no ongoing dependence, and it doesn’t compete on projects of around £1,000. Site: ronins.co.uk.

Smaller and owner-led businesses

AI Agency Plus (Leeds). Does business process automation and AI voice agents. Publishes a cost guide: a first automation of £1,500 to £5,000, a departmental build of £5,000 to £20,000 and running costs of £40 to £400 a month. Site: aiagencyplus.com.

OptiBee (Manchester). Offers an AI audit from £2,500, with 20% credited to the build, and builds typically of £5,000 to £15,000, according to its Clutch profile. Profile: clutch.co/profile/optibee.

LuxxStack (UK-based, working worldwide). Builds AI that does real work inside a business, from a single AI employee to a company-wide system, then runs it. Pricing is published: a managed AI teammate from £295 a month, automations and agents typically £2,500 to £15,000, and full programmes from £15,000 with run and support from £750 a month. Most AI agencies build something and hand it over. We build it and then run it. Site: LuxxStack home.

  • Do they know your sector’s rules, such as UK GDPR or sector-specific regulation?
  • Where is your data kept, and is it shared with other clients?
  • Who owns the result?
  • What happens if you want to stop?
  • Can you speak to a client?
